Do you have tired, sagging eyes? Do you have dark circles from a lack of sleep? Is your aging skin developing wrinkles? Whatever your case, avocado oil can help.
After just a few days of using avocado oil, your skin will become visibly healthier and smoother.
Below I’ve covered the benefits of using avocado oil under your eyes, how you should (and shouldn’t) use it, and included my recipe for under eye avocado cream.
What Is Avocado Oil?
Avocados are native to Mexico where they grow from the avocado tree. The flesh of the fruit is cold pressed to create avocado oil, a type of natural vegetable oil. Most vegetable oils come from the seed of their fruit, but not avocado oil. Avocado oil comes from pressing the flesh of the fruit.
The flesh of the avocado has become a very popular snack amongst people throughout the world. It is a tasty treat, but it also has many health benefits.
Eating avocado can help your skin from the inside out. But, people also use avocado oil directly on their skin.
There are two kinds of avocado oil: refined and unrefined. In short, unrefined oil is less “pure”, but it retains its lovely scent and all its nutrients. Refined oil comes from filtering the unrefined oil. It loses all possible contaminants, but it also loses most of its nutrients.

Is Avocado Oil Good For Eyes?
Avocado oil is very good for the eyes! It’s good for the eyes themselves, as well as the skin under the eyes.
Many people use avocado oil to cook with because it’s such a healthy oil. One of the benefits of ingesting avocado oil is that it supports eye health and vision.
Can You Use Avocado Oil In Eyes?
I don’t recommend using avocado oil in your eyes. Your eyes are very sensitive, so you need to be careful with what you expose them to. Because of its consistency, avocado oil is likely to irritate your eyes.
Is Using Avocado Oil For Under Eyes A Good Idea?
Avocado oil is also excellent for the skin under the eyes. The oil is moisturizing, protecting, and healing.
Benefits Of Avocado Oil Under Eyes
Now that you know how wonderful avocado oil is for under the eyes, you’ll want to know why it’s so good.
Can You Use Avocado Oil For Eye Wrinkles?
Avocado oil. Eye wrinkles. Can avocado oil help make wrinkles go away?
Yes, you can use avocado oil for under-eye wrinkles. Avocado oil contains many nutrients that make it wonderful for use on the skin. Antioxidant vitamin E and Omega-3 fatty acids are the key nutrients in avocado oil.
Healing Damaged Skin Cells
The nutrients in the oil work to heal damaged skin cells. When you massage avocado oil into your skin, it boosts circulation. More blood will flow to the area, and along with it, more nutrients.
The nutrients boost the healing speed of skin cells. They also promote the production of new skin cells to replace the old. As new skin cells replace the old, damaged ones, your skin will appear younger and healthier.
Collagen & Elastin Production
Wrinkles are the result of collagen and elastin breakdown. Your skin becomes less stretchy than it once was, and it begins to sag. Avocado oil boosts the production of collagen and elastin to make the skin more stretchy.
Plus, avocado oil is rich in Vitamin K which works wonders for puffiness. Avocado oil can reduce the swelling associated with wrinkles and other skin conditions.
Under-Eye Circles & Bags
In much the same way, you can use avocado oil for eye bags. You can also use avocado oil for under-eye dark circles. They will heal and disappear in much the same way.
Avocado Oil Is Moisturizing & Protective
Many people use avocado oil for their skin and face because it is so moisturizing. The oil penetrates deep into the layers of the skin for proper hydration.
Then, the oil creates a layer over the skin that keeps the hydration locked in. This way, your skin will stay hydrated for longer.
The layer that the oil creates also protects your skin from the outside world. The skin of our face is more susceptible to damage than the rest of our skin. The protective layer fights free radicals like UV sun damage, dirt, and chemicals.

Exactly How To Use Avocado Oil For Eyes
If you’d like to use avocado oil under your eyes, you’ll also want to know how to do it.
The simplest method is to use pure, 100% unrefined avocado oil directly under your eyes. Avocado oil is incredibly nourishing, so it’s not necessary to use it with any other products.
For best results, massage 2-3 drops of avocado oil under your eyes before bedtime. Allow the oil to remain there overnight while you sleep. You can simply rinse it off in the morning.
Another option is to choose an under-eye cream that includes avocado oil as an ingredient. These are not hard to find as avocado oil is a very popular ingredient.
